On Call of Duty 4, we can join games in progress from our friends list on
xbox live but can't play a new game on live?
Wonder why?

Would anyone be interested in being able to have Live Video Chats with
opponents while playing xbox live games?
I was thinking about developing a mechanism that would allow users to
have live video chats with their opponents, while playing the games.
