Does anyone know if there is a releasedate?

After sharing my sons xbox360 for the past year, I've now bought my own.
However, the 20gb HDD is empty :-(
I thought that Hexic was included free on every HDD. I've only one or two
rewards to collect so wan't to get this game installed and finished off.

I tried to download my live mails to my Gmail, but I couldn't connect to live
mail server. I don't know because the pop server which is mail.live.com is
wrong or something else is happening that I don't know of. It's saying a
problem occured while trying to connect to the server

why do we have to pay for this crap ..
