I meesed up my passport network acount on xbox live.
I formatted the hard drive on my xbox360,Looks like that was a mistake.
Now when i try to sign in and get my old game tag back it won't assotiate my
e-mail address and pasword with my acount.

Every time i try to download something from the XBox live marketplace, it
hangs at 5%.  If I then restart it, It will jump immediately to 50%, and
then most of the time it will (SLOWLY) complete up to 100%, but sometimes it
will hang again there.
