Can anyone give me pointers to some good FAQs or beginner's introductions to Xbox Live? I've already been to xbox.com. I'm hooked up and my son is playing, so it's not connection info I need, it's just info about the various features of the service itself.

I broke down and bought two of the xbox micropohones. My son and I have them both hooked up. The problem we are having now is that when we are playing say ghost recon, the only person who can hear the other team members is him. His controlled is the first one plugged it.
