xbox on xp home network31 Jan 2007 21:47 GMT1
how the heck do you get your xbox recognized in your home network?
The pc and xbox(softmod) are connected through a little 4 port
switch.  I am able to ftp using a static ip address, but the xbox
refuses to show up in the network, and the connection shows as slow

MS's big mistake?31 Jan 2007 17:26 GMT29
Am I the only person who thinks MS is making a big mistake by lowering
360's shipments instead of dropping 360's price? The price of 360 has
yet to be dropped in U$. Before 360 was launched, in an EGM interview,
MS reps said they plan to aggressively price 360 with annual price

Does TI still own their game library?31 Jan 2007 12:31 GMT3
Does anybody know if Texas Instruments game library is still owned by the
company? I'd kill for PARSEC to end up on XBLA.
Anybody think this has a chance of happening or if there have been any
rumors at least of negotiations between TI and Microsoft??
effective dvd duplication31 Jan 2007 02:40 GMT3
Video DVD Duplicator - creates the full copy of DVD, copies DVD movies
to DVD (DVD+R/DVD-R/DVD-RW) or CD (CD-R/CD-RW), converts DVD to DivX,
DVD to VCD.
Fast, easy and reliable DVD backup program.
Crackdown impressions31 Jan 2007 00:08 GMT4
Having a lot of fun - the draw distance is amazing - but it's a tad
overwhelming. I haven't tried co-op yet.
I also don't like the time limit for the demo. (sigh)
I'm picking up the full game on release, that's for sure.
Just Curious, what are your gamerscores?30 Jan 2007 23:23 GMT22
It seems xbox live will find games w/ players of the same skill level as
yourself, so when I look at the gamercards of those I am playing w/ they have
scores similar to my own.
So what is the average Gamerscore?
Xbox Live - unsporting behaviour?30 Jan 2007 22:32 GMT12
I've only recently got Xbox Live and I'm rather pissed off with people who
create games, leave me hanging around for 10 mins waiting to play an online
race and then decide to kick me out of their lobby before I get chance.
I assume they look at my stats and see I'm a beginner then ...

Microsoft points and Marketplace?30 Jan 2007 15:01 GMT3
Does Microsoft run any contests and/or game competitions for free
Microsoft Points for use on the Marketplace? Also a question about the
Gamertag score. When the points there get high enough do you get
special rewards?
Oblivion Help Please!30 Jan 2007 10:08 GMT1
Almost finished the game, but seem to be stuck on the fighter's guild
quest "Azani Blackheart".
I have killed Mr Blackheart, took his sword and ring as required, but
the guy with me [Oreyn] will only say something along the lines of
