How can I get a free trial of Xbox Live! ?

Yeah, I just finally bought an xbox 3 months ago.  I've had my PS2 for
at least two years now.  I like how the xbox works.  The hard-drive is a
neat concept.  It's nice not worrying about how much space is left on a
tiny memory card.  Also since the HD precaches some information, ...

Bought 3 games so far that were 7.50 or less..
Freaky Flyers  6.50  no a bad game-its fun
Sphyinx           7.50  good graphics--just started playing
Sea Blade        4.50  graphics look old..

I'm looking for list of games for XBOX that uses a gun controller.
Like Guncon for PS/2.

balls. only thing is when i go to system link with a housemate i have to
erase memory for it to work then update again if i wanna play online again.

What's the best site for finding out about upcoming Xbox releases?
Microsoft's own site is sadly lacking in details compared to some
others that I've seen, but even those contradict one another too.
Specifically, would Zoo Tycoon 2 be coming to the Xbox?

I'm looking for a mod to play mp3s on an xbox.  However, I'd like to play
them directly off my home server rather than storing all of them on the
local hard drive.  Any ideas?

I want to buy a couple of Wireless controllers. I currently use the
Official Controller S, which i prefer to the original that came with
the console. I Don't really use live and understand that the headset
would have to be plugged in at the base if i do.
