I got my Xbox last night, and looking around various threads and NGs noticed
people talking about which make of DVD drive is installed in their console.
Are some more reliable than others?
btw I've no intention whotsoever of 'modding' the xbox, or using it to play

Just bought it myself, have no idea if this game is any good, but at that
price it had to be worth buying.

The "wonderful" people at CEX have sold me an Xbox which sounds like the fan
is on its way out. They will exchange for a newer one, but don't have a
memory card to transfer over my save games to the new machine (duh)

Nice video of a multiplayer game on the zanzibar level. The guy it focuses
on is a bit of a numpty and spends most of his time dying, but it gives a
much better impression of the game than any of the videos I have seen thus
far.

Ok folks.  I have a 4 port router modem with 3 laptops and one xbox
plugged in, or 2 xbox and 2 laptops.  My Xbox and laptop are in one room
so I swap the cable over from each when I need to use them.
