could be nice games for her to get "into the Playstation thing"? (One
thing I'm going to get her is Dance Dance Revolution, which she is

Compatibility list, it lies!24 Apr 2007 15:50 GMT8
The list of PS2 games that run on the PS3 lies, I tell you!
It says that Primal should work, yet it comes up with the unsupported
game message, which is most annoying.
Of course, I can't use progressive mode on the PS2 with my new TV, as
HDMI and PS2 titles on PS324 Apr 2007 12:01 GMT9
Just got my PS3 this morning and I'm already contemplating getting
an LCD TV. If I get one with HDMI input on it, the manual states
that it supports 1080p, 1080i, 768p and 576p. Does this mean that
any ps2 titles running in 576i (standard pal) won't run on a TV

Evenin all,
My children have decided they want to play some of our old PS1 games on our
PS2 (specifically Spyro 2 and 3).  We have only tried Spyro 3 but it will
not recognise my 8mb cards, and it says that my old PS1 card is corrupt.  Is

Space shooter/trading games17 Apr 2007 10:31 GMT4
Being old enough to be one of the Elite space game generation [1], I'd
like to see a game set in space along the same lines for the PS3. With
planetary systems, space ships etc. rendered in HD goodness, good open
ended gameplay (online would be good as well) it'd be marvellous.
Good time to buy these games:15 Apr 2007 09:59 GMT9
So I have a UK PS2 which plays silver discs only. I have no games yet.
