Why is it when I play games on the playstation the games itself the graphics look faded or at time if this makes sense it look like the sceen on my tv has whiteout like to much white or glare. Is it because this is just how the playstation is..Or does the game just have crappy

I have tried 3 different disks with this game and none of them work. They all have a blue color back..All my other games work perfect.. Anyone have this problem? How about a fix? This is real weird... I am in the U.S.A.
