Blig Merk...29 Feb 2008 14:43 GMT12
I bet if "Blig Merk" got a job and left his mother's basement, he may become
a normal person that actually has (real) sex once in a while...

What is the case of PS2 owners remaining loyal to Sony without     backwards compatibility? First party exclusives?28 Feb 2008 10:11 GMT63
Now that Sony has dropped backwards compatibility, I am curious what
the basis for loyalty to Sony would be, outside of maybe people like
Gran Turismo (aka first party exclusives).  Can anyone explain this to
me here?

Just bought a PS3: Couple Questions...25 Feb 2008 17:58 GMT4
I recently bought a PS3 after Toshiba announced they were dropping HD-DVD.
I have a couple questions already...
1. Is it not possible to have the "dashboard" menu run at 480p while games
and BluRay automatically run at 1080i?  480p is much more readable,

I am fairly new to call of duty 4. I found this Call of Duty 4
article, actually it was recommended by a friend but that's besides
the point. I wanted to know what you thought about the tips and
tactics shown here.
xflop 3-shitty lost Japan a long time ago, losing in Europe and now     starting to lose North America21 Feb 2008 16:50 GMT5
xflop 3-shitty is essentially dead in Japan, rapidly falling to dead
last in Europe and now on the way to losing to the PS3 in North
America. What market does that leave the xflop 3-shitty then, the
Congo or maybe outer Mongolia? By early 2009, even Micro$megma will

Micro$hit losing a lot of money on collapse of HD-DUD20 Feb 2008 08:11 GMT6
Micro$quat is losing a lot of money with the collapse of HD-DUD. They
did egg Toshiba on to take the brunt of the risk and Toshiba is going
to pay mightily for being another Micro$quish sucker like Sega. But
Micro$tupid invested quite a bit into HD-DUD also.

Reuters, NHK report Toshiba discontinuing HD-DUD production16 Feb 2008 22:04 GMT1
Apparently, Reuters and NHK have received notice that Toshiba is

And now it's Walmart16 Feb 2008 13:57 GMT1
If it wasn't already pretty much decided that Bluray is the next
generation movie format, Walmart decided to drop HD-DVD. Target,
Walmart, Netflix. Yep, that's pretty much it. Sorry for Toshiba...
