Okay, so I've had GTA: Vice City for the ps2 for a while now.  At
first, I really enjoyed it because it was fun to jack cars, drive
around, and complete missions that weren't too hard the first time
around.  As it got harder, however, it became INSANELY frusterating:

Is there any way of playing PAL-Playstation games, with NTSC
output(60Hz) to the TV? I've heard about those chips that change the
video output depending on if the game is labeled as PAL or NTSC, but

These guys are running a contest to spread the word about their show,
and this is my contribution.  They just put out the 3rd show and it
ain't bad.  It's once a week and about an hour.

Only about 2hrs into this but it's pretty freaking amazing.  Looks
like it might be even longer than the 2nd game.  Graphics are
marginally better, control is identical.  Opening movie will rock your

completed all regions in all seasons on easy mode, can you not take your
character into medium?  If so, how is this done, seems when i try everything
