| Poll - Elite Teams | 24 May 2007 23:52 GMT | 1 |
I was looking at the team posted in kelvSYC's Elite Four post, and the thought occured that it looked a lot like my team, which is still at the low twenties with two badges. That seemed like an odd coincidence, except that these are all Pokemon found early in the

Does anyone know how Evasion and Critical Hit Rate are derived and implemented in battle? Are they standard, or unique to each Pokemon and Technique? I'm trying to write a program that simulates a Pokemon battle.

| Help with raising team for Elite Four | 15 May 2007 05:28 GMT | 1 |
Right now (and I seem to have this problem for all Pokémon games) I have all eight badges in my Pearl game, yet my team is about 10-15 levels underpowered for the Elite Four (I'd like my team to be in the high 50s). My team is the following right now:

I remember there being an episode of Pokemon with these two giant Pokemon, a Kadabra and a Gengar. The Gengar was going around swallowing people, so they had to release the Kadabra from an ancient "PokeBall" (it was more like some bauble unlocked with a special spoon-

| Trading wirelessly, another question... | 02 May 2007 16:00 GMT | 9 |
I'm about to start Diamond as soon as I'm done posting! :) But first a question: I read in the manual that you can only set up as criteria for a trade (in GTS) pokemon that are already registered in your pokedex. So this raises two questions:

| Doh, my clock was set wrong! | 01 May 2007 18:01 GMT | 1 |
I just got a DS Lite last week and only now discovered I had the clock set wrong. I forgot it was a 24 hour clock, so I had it set for noon instead of midnight, etc. I didn't notice as first that in the game was daylight while I was playing at 1am. :)
