I think everyonr has encountered this pet peeve with the pokemon games,
how nintendo have planned this neatly that you can't honestly catch all
pokemon without buying the latest greatest game or going and buying

Yesterday, I saw the Pokemon Chronicles episode where Brock heads back
to his gym between his adventures in Johto and Hoenn. In it, Brock
discovers that his mom had prettied up his gym and turned it into a
Water-type gym.
