Yes I got Celebi and 4 of the top twenty but I went also for Aurora tickets
and Mystic Tickets and they looked at me like I was crazy asking for them.
Is there anyway I can get them?

Maybe I've been playing a bit too much lately. I've been on a drive to
complete my pokedex in Ruby (except for the special event only ones). So

OK, stupid question time. I used to know how to do a soft reset on my
GBA SP, but now I can't remember. I'm trying to catch Kyogre on my
Emerald cart, and it keeps bonking itself out with Double-Edge.

I finally got around to capturing all the shadow pokemon in XD, and
while I was purifing them raised a battle team up to lvl 60. So I go to
Orre Colloseum, and what the hell?! The freaking lvl 60 Parasect is
faster than my lvl 60 Espeon? I don't think so. They could at least use
