Not being much of a computer guru, is there any way to tell how far
one can bend the system requirements for a wargame for an older
computer?

It's still an open question if the tactical/strategical portion of
this naval action game will be "grog" level or "mass" level.

After 9 months of totally non-functional scenarios, the Patch for
Harpoon ANW 3.9.0 has finally been officially released.
Now, let's see if they actually fixed anything or just added 2 new
bugs for every fix like they did for the 3.8.0 "Un-Patch" patch.

You people talk in here more about off topic political clap-trap than
you do the wargames you play. My take on it is that the wargames are
just not interesting enough to discuss so you diverge to crap most
gamers don't give a sh.t about.
