2008 absolutely sucks.  Thus far, the most exciting thing has been an
update to CAW II ... a game from months and months ago ... itself a
remake of practically the oldest PC game I played.

I'm all for reviewers reviewing the game as it comes out of the box -
this is, after all, what Joe Wargamer will get. What you occasionally
see is reviewers waiting for the first patch to fix some of the most
glaring issues - which is also defendable as it's pretty pointless to

IIRC many years ago Matrix acquired the rights to develop computer
games based on boardgames published by SimCan
Can anyone from Matrix confirm this is true or not ?

Just heard back from a Walker Boys Studios, a Texas based game developer. He
told me that game is still in development and that around December he will
have something to show. They just brought some programmers to the priject.
