Now that the memory of the joke that is ToW is fading a bit I dared to have another look at what's up over there GraviTeam, the guys of Steel Fury, seem to be working on a tactical level WWII wargame set in Kharkov 1943 - Panzer Command : watch out :)

Played HTTR last night and actually had a good time running the scenario. I have also thought about combat feedback. This is going to sound dumb, but how about little fade in and out text over units showing losses. You could even animate the text to 'float' up a little to draw ...

Back at the start of this year I had a look into my crystal ball and predicted that the pace of wargame releases - which was one new game every two weeks - was untenable from an economical pov and that we would see much less wargames getting released this year.
