Easy fun and relaxing. BTW, why Matrix don't buy rights from Ubi Soft for this game? :) I think that here is still some potential. Mario

| Barbarossa | 28 Jun 2005 15:18 GMT | 5 |
I've been playing TOAW-WOTY edition for a while, and really love the Barbarossa scenario. But there seem to be glaring design defects, such as infantry penetrating where armor should lead the way, lack of any meaningful exploitation capability, and a nonsensical complete collapse ...

| viking | 28 Jun 2005 02:20 GMT | 3 |
I just bought the viking expansion of medieval total war. When I play as the Vikings I start off with two fleet of ships. I assume that they have no troops inside so I try to move some army into them but they won't go in. I thought it was like Civ. I realize I must invade the

| Shrapnel's WINSPMBT: Highway robbery? Or just a bad idea? | 26 Jun 2005 16:49 GMT | 29 |
I'm not a lawyer. I don't know the difference between open source and GPL. I can't tell you what "public domain" technically means. I have no idea what deals and contracts accompany the transfer of licensing with respect to software.

| OT: Discovery Channel's laughably colorized "Battlefront" series... | 25 Jun 2005 20:49 GMT | 16 |
I know any zipperhead with a MacIntard can probably colorized a whole film clip with about three mouse-clicks, but it still boggles the mind that anyone thought this "four-color"[1] effect was (a) attractive, (b) non-ridiculous.

| SPW@W vs. SPMBT? | 23 Jun 2005 06:44 GMT | 3 |
Since "Steel Panthers: World at War" and "Steel Panthers: Main Battle Tank" are both based on the same original engine, it probably isn't a case of Apples and Oranges to compare them. Which game is better? Specifically, is there a consensus on which has the better AI for

| WINSPMBT: Why are some screen resolutions grayed-out? | 22 Jun 2005 14:28 GMT | 2 |
You can only run this at 640x480 or 800x600? Why does the setup show higher resolutions but not make them available for actual selection?

| any news on WinSPMBT | 22 Jun 2005 02:48 GMT | 5 |
With the arrival of the summer solstice, The Camo Group's "spring 2005" release date for Windows Steel Panthers Main Battle Tank is now officially late. Not that I'm complaining about a free game in which volunteers have poured countless hours, but I'd be encouraged if
