I play all kinds of games but I have a bud who will have a connection with poor latency but hi speed. He is a WW2 war buff, and I like war games, so I was wondering if there was a great turn based multiplayer game or one that does not need a perfect connection to play?

Basically there are 2 kinds of game reviews : the first is an enumeration of what's in a particular game - neutral, objective and straightforward, the second is a reviewer's take on a particular game - subjective and meandering.
