Am I missing something, how do you play as someone other than the Romans on the Imperial Campaign? It clearly says you can under "How to Win" on page 11 of the manual*, but I can't figure it out. Please help. Bill

I grew up playing some of Sid Meier's early war games, Crusade in Europe, Decision in the Desert, Conflict in Vietnam, etc. on an Apple II. They had a certain overall 'global' level feel about them that I've not been able to find in other games. I'm trying to find similar war ...
