HPS new titles28 Feb 2007 22:25 GMT6
HPS is developping a new engine called "pike and muskets" going from
renaissance to late 18th century.
30 years war, 100 years war will be in its field.

Stronghold 2: How to Rotate Buildings?28 Feb 2007 08:42 GMT2
Hi All: I know Stronghold 2 is fairly old. Anyway...I D/L the demo & I
think I'm going to purchase the game. I want to start building a small
Castle & there is nothing in the tutorial or the demo itself that
explains how to rotate a building. In other words, I trying to build a

Supreme Commander probably requires over 1 GB of RAM27 Feb 2007 23:13 GMT6
Playing the demo skirmish on easy today, system memory (RAM) usage
got to nearly 1 GB. Currently and usually my system uses about 400
MB in Windows XP. Looks like Supreme Commander could easily require
over 1 GB total RAM on my system.
Europa Unversalis III27 Feb 2007 21:12 GMT6
I'm new to this game, and although I'm enjoying it, it
doesn't seem to have the depth and complexity all the
reviews claim.
So far, all I do is go round colonising the world. And erm

I was annoyed and dissapointed at their previous releases, so some questions...
1) Do they still say (in text) "here we go again..." when combat mission
begins ?
Supreme Commander interface26 Feb 2007 08:32 GMT1
If you can, how do you cancel the last build order in a queue?
In other words. If you have the commander building three land
factories, how do you cancel the last factory (if possible).
If I recall correctly, in Total Annihilation you would just click

The last thing Microsoft wants, said Silver, is for users to hear that a

War Front Turning Point is OUT?23 Feb 2007 04:25 GMT2
I was at Best Buy yesterday and saw that War Front Turning Point was on the
shelf. I admittedly made an impulse purchase and bought it. Haven't
installed it yet, but anyhow, I thought it wasn't due out until next week?
Anyone else pick up the full game yet and what do you think?
Supreme Commander: has anybody tried multi-monitor?23 Feb 2007 01:28 GMT4
I just tried the Supreme Commander demo and saw that there was an option for
a second monitor in the game. Has anybody tried it? Does it allow you to
have one screen for the strategic map and another to get a close up view of
your units?
Medieval II TW Patch 1.1 -- Why so hard to get?22 Feb 2007 17:58 GMT3
Sheesh!  My wife bought me a copy of Medieval II Total War for
Christmas, and I recently noticed there's a patch out for it.  So, I
went to download it -- and a week later, just last night, I think I
finally succeeded.
