Since I notice a lack of posts regarding the above game, I am doing my

I like strategy games WWII and I'm looking for a new one as the old
Soldiers At War. Do you know a title as that game? Best regards
PS. Is no a real time game; is a 3d game; you select some soldiers and
their arms to resolve an scenary. Similare games but no WWII are UFO

So that May 10th release date looks solid.

I loved the first Ground Control game, but I dont like GCII too much.
IMHO, it is simply too fast, so you have to throws troops en masse onto
the battlefield, while the first game was more like chess: You had to
work effectively with what you had.

What were (or still are) your favorite arcade games you liked playing
and please say why, whether you played them in an arcade, or played
(or still play) them at home on your PC occasionally.

Another pretty game with little substance. Highly inaccurate, as well.
Right from the start, you experience strange anomalies such as what
appears to be guided missiles. (but really just artillery) The shells
won't just hit in the vicinity of your units -- they'll hit your units

Are there any more recent stress-free building game?  I'm looking for
something different for now.  Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, Children of the
Nile, The Sims 2.  Anything else out there?

Has anyone else tried the new demo yet??
After a couple of games I can safely say they have the wrong name on the
game, it should have been called Rise of Nations 2..
Territorys, New Citys, Universities and Trade from markets are all there..

Since yesterday I´m unable to access the forums of Paradox, e.g. the

I've Googled and searched for a day now on this issue and have yet to find
anything.
When running this the video audio is way (a good 3-4 seconds worth) out of
sync. As in, the mouth moves, then 3-4 seconds later the voice is heard.

Now that it's been out for a while, whats the overall concensus, if it can
be picked up for $19.95 is it worth it, and are there any strategy guides,
(web or printed)for it?

Ok, apparently no one ever actually purchased this game in its 1996 PC
version, only the german language Amiga version "oldtimer".
It's supposed to be a little more interesting than Impressions

I don't follow game news much, so I don't know what's out there.... but
what is a good modern warfare real-time strategy game?  Preferably Desert
Storm and later, but Vietnam and later will do too, and preferably not
anything too futuristic (ie, no mechs or weird technology).  ...

I guess the Warhammer 40k RTS sold OK cuz they are releasing an add on.
Is the original release a worthwhile time waster?
Has anybody seen it for under 30.00 in Canada?
