Ok, as far as I'm concerned, outstanding diplomatic AI does not exist in any
commercial title I've heard of.  All I've heard about are "passable hacks."
Things that make enough nods in that direction to keep players from
complaining too bitterly, but not to stop people from ...

Have just acquired this game and I am encountering a couple of weird

One: often when I build a hospital no Greys will actually staff it, even
though I might have 4,5 or 6 highly skilled doctors on the payroll.

After playing the demo, it seems a nice twist on the Dungeon Master/Theme
Hospital type of game. Servicable, but at least different. The POV views are
great, especially when you're using the POV of a panicky human (looking
around nervously, breathing heavy, etc.)
