When I quickly move the mouse from side to side (left-right-left for
eg), I see structures such as buildings etc in Morrowind appear kind
of "torn looking" on my (2 ms response) LCD monitor.  It doesn't look
all that great.  Fast, but kind of graphically "broken up" a bit.
