Planescape 2 - Return of the Nameless One
I just has to happen. I can't believe in a logical universe where this
won't get released one day.
Until then I'll just sit over here and brood a lot :-)
game from the 80's28 Feb 2008 15:25 GMT3
I used to play this game in 1986 but cannot remember the name.  It was
something like "Saipan Trader" where you were the captain of a ship
and you would buy and sell, fight off pirates, etc.  Anybody know what
I am talking about?
MMORPGs that require first-person view?27 Feb 2008 08:10 GMT78
I know they're not popular, but are there any out there?
Most MMORPGs give the player the *option* of first-person view, but

It's been a couple months, and I've hit a dead stop in my post xmas
game playing, so stopping by for updates.  Anything new and amazing
I've missed?
As I'd mentionioned I'd played portal, and it was short and marginally

What do you have installed, but aren't playing23 Feb 2008 20:25 GMT24
The other thread is about what we're playing, so I looked
through what I had installed and realized I have a bunch of things
installed that I *intend* to play, and thus won't uninstall, but which
I never actually seem to find myself actually playing.

somewhat off topic - lcd monitor experiences wanted21 Feb 2008 04:47 GMT17
I tried posting this enquiry to our local computer ng (nz.comp) but except for

help me out here with experience, hopefully:

Planescape: Torment18 Feb 2008 15:18 GMT11
Well after all the talk I decided to install it again and it's still a
great game ... it makes a real change to play a character who isn't an
out-and-out hero and I different game setting to the normal fantasy
stuff - even the graphics are just about passable bit I did have to ...
