A powergamer's guide to Life.31 Mar 2007 21:09 GMT3
Keep hearing about that "Life" stuff and not
knowing what it is ?
Having a life and yet sucking at it ?
Not knowing what to do next ?
Off Topic but this was discussed31 Mar 2007 18:04 GMT12
There was quite a bit of discussion about memory contained in USB
connectors.
Not sure just what the correct definition terminology is but, I am now
interested
G3: bug fixes not seen before30 Mar 2007 22:45 GMT1
Before I increased my Cache sizes, I was never able to
complete the quest of escorting the Water Mage in
Lago. I could free him, but he would just walk over
and sit down by the hash pipe, and that was it.
Gothic 3: What do the armor class numbers mean? [spoilers]30 Mar 2007 22:42 GMT10
Having some trouble with Gothic 3 and armor behavior. I saved up for some Druid
Robes, which by all indications should be *better* than my previous Light Rebel
Armor, but a Shadowbeast just killed me in three hits and I don't remember them
being anything like that damaging before. I ...

G3: 6th time through, but this time X229 Mar 2007 00:59 GMT7
Installed new AMD X2 4400, and managed to really crap
out my games. I figured it needed a complete reinstall, plus
a bunch of AMD X2 patches, so there went Oblivion.
G3 takes a lot of ini edits to get to run smooth, so I decided
[Slightly OT] Guild Wars' cover characters28 Mar 2007 22:26 GMT1
I have always suspected that the Necromancer (the white haired girl on many
GW covers and wallpapers) is based on Milla Jovovich, while the warrior is a
lot like Brad Pitt. What do you think? Were the Ranger and the Elementalist
based on famous faces, too? I have always felt that ...
STALKER: Armour27 Mar 2007 13:49 GMT1
Anyone found anything better than SEVA? I never did any of the Duty or Freedom
faction missions this time around so I don't know what they offer.
Oblivion - looking for leveling mod27 Mar 2007 04:50 GMT1
Someone here mentioned an Oblivion mod that adds one point to an Attribute
whenever you raise its associated skills by three points total.
This sounds reasonable, but the name of the mod wasn't given and I can't
seem to find it.  Anyone have any idea what this might be, and if ...
Oblivion Mod ~ A liitle help please26 Mar 2007 15:38 GMT2
Alt.Games.elder-scrolls is basically  unused so I am asking here.
I understand there is a modification for Oblivion that has made
the,"Dark Eleven Race" a usable choice when starting a new
game.
STALKER - is an RPG!26 Mar 2007 15:09 GMT42
Had noticed the game STALKER was out this week, did a rudimentary perusal of
previews and early reviews, and it looked promising. I was expecting an
action-fest the likes of Half-Life 2 or Doom 3, but to my surprise, it is
more like Oblivion.
Fallout 2 MIB88 mega patch quest help?25 Mar 2007 06:36 GMT1
I installed the MIB88 mega patch to fallout 2, because as near as I
could tell it was the most popular, and largest one.   I've spent
several hours searching trying to find how to solve some of the
changed/new quests with no luck.
Two Worlds release date?24 Mar 2007 19:51 GMT2
Looking at some of my notes I have a reference to the game Two Worlds
being scheduled for release on March 7th.  Anyone know what the new date
is?
