Indulgences for MMORPGs?31 Dec 2005 23:35 GMT16
I've been thinking for quite a while about a better method of payment
for mmorpgs.  Free would be ideal, of course, but the equipment

some genius can work out a gameing p2p grid-computing system that's

Anyone else had problems registering on the elderscrolls forum website?
I tried contacting tech support, and they said they were only allowed

Temple of Elemental Evil - how do we get the console to appear?30 Dec 2005 06:11 GMT3
My son has Temple of Elemental Evil and I looked up some hints/cheats
for him online that require use of the console to enter codes. It says
that you use shift-~ (that's shift-tilde) to get the console, but that
isn't working. Anybody know how to get the console to appear in this

Why do console RPGs have to be aimed for kids?29 Dec 2005 17:47 GMT21
Except for a tiny handful of titles, most console RPGs seem to be aimed
for 12 year olds:  The ultra huge heads or huge feet.  The main
character and their companions are kids.  The simplistic dialogue that
seemed to be written by a highschool kid.  The cutesy feel of the game

Are there any remakes or sequels?

Guild Wars: The Sanctum Cay Bonus solved28 Dec 2005 20:26 GMT7
If you've looked up how to do the Sanctum Cay bonus, you will have come
across conflicting advice. I've stumbled across the solution and how the
solution may have been published--unclearly. Here is a clear howto:

Looking for cRPG suggestions28 Dec 2005 12:06 GMT20
I am looking for suggestions for cRPGs for a teen.  In general she
likes RPGs with a lot of interaction, a good story, and humor is a
bonus.  In other words she prefers games with substance and not flash
(i.e., snazzy graphics).  She likes traditional fantasy more than other
