I've recently installed Windows Vista and when I try to play some of my older games such as MS Flight Sim 98 the game will play but with the keyboard only. I can not get the older games to recognize my usb MS Precision 2 joystick. Newer games such as Flight Sim 2004 will work and

Hey group! What do you think of the flight models (physics) of both sims? I find IL2/FB/PF/1946 WAY harder to fly than the planes in the MS flight sims!? Shouldn't it be just the opposite? I mean, since MS Flight sims

What's out there that will work with Windows XP? After watching a few TV shows, I want to strafe and bomb ships at sea. SPecs on the MS Combat Sim says it needs Windows 2000. Will XP handle it? Or other sim options? Thanks much.

This is from an old timer that still hears "Range 21" and "Apex Inbound" when I think of Falcon 3.0. Did anyone ever rip the audio samples and FLI/FLC animation format (I'm not 100% on the accuracy of this!) from the binaries?
