Toward the bottom of the page it talks about how the game offers you a
choice of a "personal" or a "professional" type of response. JA gives
open letter to Glen Dahlgren31 May 2004 05:15 GMT4
Well, I've spent the past couple of days poking around for his contact
information, and the only e-mail address I've been able to unearth is
associated with Legend, which I assume doesn't exist anymore. I'm
posting this here, partly in the unlikely hope that he may stumble
The Feeble Files - tech problems30 May 2004 20:06 GMT2
Just picked this up along with simon 1 & 2, plus simon pinball and puzzle
pack, all for just one pound at game - I'm guessing somebody's gone bust and
has a warehousefull of these to shift or something.
Anyway, while the games are good, I'm having a couple of problems with the
Broken Sword 3 no CD hack?29 May 2004 23:09 GMT10
Is there one? The blasted copy protection/encryption scheme is driving me
mad, half of the time it won't recognize that the CD is in the drive or just
sit there forever.

Discworld Noir help please!29 May 2004 18:47 GMT4
I've known of this game for a long time but never had it to play.
I've got into chapter 2 and find the game very amusing, but I've come across
a problem.  Upstairs in the "Octarine parrot", I can't see the rope, which a
friend has suggested has to be seen since it triggers ...
REPUBLICANS ARE TRAITORS!29 May 2004 04:16 GMT12
My name is Gary Stollman and I am the person who in August of 1987 crashed the
live set of KNBC TV in downtown Burbank, California, and forced Consumer
Advocate David Horowitz to read a prepared statement about how the CIA and
alien beings had replaced my family and friends with ...

I am looking for a game with a good story, nice atmosphere,
and not too hard (or stressful). Something to lure a non gamer
into games and give them something to kill long hours in the hospital
(must run on decent laptop, too)

Zorkmid coin25 May 2004 15:48 GMT4
Dear Group,
I was curious to know if anyone here has one of the Zorkmid coins
that came with the Zorkmid trilogy back in 1987 or so. I would love to
finally have this coin, so if there is anyone in this Group who has an

intact).  Would any kind soul be interested in helping me
out?  I'm happy to pay for the cost of sending a copy of disk

A Quiet Weekend in Capri   Demo22 May 2004 20:44 GMT3
Their website says there will be a demo available soon...but it has said
that for over 6 months.
I could swear I had a demo of this game about a year ago, but lost it when
my hard drive crashed.

Finished realMYST, about to start Riven.  Can I read the novels ?21 May 2004 00:23 GMT8
Well, I just finished realMYST, only my 3rd adventure game after the
Syberias.  It was a joy to play, much better than the old slideshow version
of the game.  Riven returns to slideshows I guess, but oh well, I'm still
looking forward to it.
