I played the demo when the game came out and was uninspired.  It
started out well then lost me.

My friends just sold me Call of Duty 2. It has all 6 discs but not the
manual. I tried installing it but it comes up with something that says
the put in the product key from the manual. Since I don't have the
manual how can I install it. He says he lost the manual since he
