what to buy: 8800GT or HD3870 or 9600GT ?28 Feb 2008 13:58 GMT35
So, I decided to buy a new videocard. Presently, I have an nVidia
7600GT. It plays a lot, if not most of the games of the past 2 years
at the settings close to maximum. But I wanted to be able to play
Crysis and the like.

The PC is dead, buy an XBOX 360 or a PS3 if you want to have fun!!!27 Feb 2008 19:18 GMT11
The PC is dead, it's just getting lame ports and boring first person
shooters with ludicrous hardware-requirements.
If you want to have fun, throw away your PC and get either an
XBOX 360 or a PS3.
Is it Live... or is it CryEngine?27 Feb 2008 14:56 GMT9
An impressive video, comparing live video with a recreation using the
Crysis graphics-engine. Apparently the live-video is some sort of
commercial; Crysis did their best to recreate it with CryEngine2. It's
especially impressive if you remember this is real-time.
SW: Force Unleashed too powerful for PC!26 Feb 2008 20:23 GMT25
'Alas, there won't be a PC version of the game; LucasArts stated that the system requirements to
bring the Xbox 360-PS3 version to the PC platform would be too high'

There will however be a version for the uber-powerful Wii ...

People who say FPS's are too short need to be shot25 Feb 2008 08:27 GMT11
Oh my god I am beyond sick to death of constantly reading comments by
idiots who play games on easy or normal and (whether it's on PC or
Xbox or PS2) and then complain that it's too short. I am so sick of it
I want to start shooting these retards because the comments that FPS's
PC gaming accounts for 30% ($2.76B) of US gaming market25 Feb 2008 02:03 GMT3
Lately, there is a lot of false information being spread by certain
konsole kiddies, mainly xflop fanbitches, that PC gaming is somehow on
its last legs. The facts prove that FUD could not be further from the
truth. This document provides specific details about how PC gaming is
Crysis24 Feb 2008 09:01 GMT15
What is up with this game? The first half is awesome, everything on my PC is
set on high and the game runs smoothly, no problems. Then as soon as I get
to the alien space ship everything goes to sh.t. Load time takes like 10 to
15 minutes and the game stutters and stalls and when I ...

I have a craving for a game...24 Feb 2008 02:32 GMT11
I have been away for few days. No access to computer. This gave me an
opportunity to think about what I want.
For the past several days (or weeks), I felt cravings for a good
computer game. None of the games which I am playing now satisfied me.
