Call of Duty 2 on 1.2Ghz GF4Go?31 Jan 2006 23:36 GMT6
I loved CoD and so was wondering how accurate the min specs are on
CoD2.
I have a Dell inspiron 8100 running at 1.2GHz PIII, 512Mb ram and a
64Mb GF4Go.
NFS: Most Wanted.  How do skip the intro and load a game?31 Jan 2006 19:57 GMT5
I have tried Auto-Save set to on and off and I can't save or load a
game either way.  Each time I select 'Resume Career' I have to put up
with the seemingly long (seems like 5 minutes) intro before I can
start a race!

It seemed to have some very nice, "glisteny" lighting effects using
Adult gamer on what's killing PC games31 Jan 2006 17:57 GMT2
I have a lot of money in my game box, and I'm willing to
keep right on spending more as long as I get a product
that holds my interest ... both the game, and the hard
ware. They both have to work, and they cannot be

It's probably already been mentioned in this newsgroup already, but
here's some more praise for the Classic Doom mod for Doom 3 (

). Gosh, that's fun gaming. Classic Doom 3 gameplay (albeit perhaps

What for you, are the best things about PC action gaming?31 Jan 2006 03:44 GMT14
What for you, have always been the best (serious or humorous) thing/s
about PC action gaming, compared to other leisure entertainments (such
as watching TV or a DVD,
book reading, having sex, or exercising (not that any of those valuable
Magnulus is killing PC gaming31 Jan 2006 03:36 GMT4
I'm certain the reason consoles will take over is because Magnulus
can't post messages on them.
Just for that, I'm ready to smash my computer on the floor, throw the
pieces out the window, set them on fire, then run them over with the
Walkthrough/help to Garfield (vacuuming) game31 Jan 2006 03:35 GMT1
I'm COMPLETELY stuck in my Garfield game, the one where Odie has made a
mess throughout the house and you have to find things around the house
and put them back with your vacuum cleaner.
I have a few things in the chest, most of them for the gardens where I

What a ride!  Can't wait to replay it when I get some real hardware, I had
to run it with forced DX8.  ;0
Only the second game I've finished since the terrific Deus Ex game.  Well...
I've finished Invisible War too, but that was abomination to the original
