of pc games bought this month
i've done the past two in april and may and unfortunately

My system is an Athlon 64 3200 (939) with 512k of PC3200, I just replaced my
GF4400 with a plain vanilla GF6800. I load up the BF2 demo last night and it
runs fine on the default 800x600@60, all details on low.  Well, I turn it up
to 1024x768@75 and put the details on high, and ...

The local MediaMart has a Gericom LCD 19" for only 220 Euro - response
time of 12ms. Seems like a bargain. Opinions?

Its a very basic mindless shooter. Its a console port and so you're stuck
with a 70 degree FOV and enforced bloom - theres no way to switch it off.
Ive played through about 6 chapters each of which has 3 checkpoints where
the game autosaves. Theres no manual save or quicksave ...

After playing absolutly fine during a week, since 3 days i cannot ever
connect to MP....
Just kicks me back to the list, or sometimes a message of no conextion....
I've tried with/withoput punkbuster, any setting... no way....

  I noticed lately the price of LCD's has been dropping... alot.    Today I
decided to pick up a Samsung 930B 19 inch LCD monitor to replace my 17 inch
NEC LCD1712.    The older NEC monitor cost about 50 dollars more than the
Samsung 2 years ago, and of course it's smaller, but ...

I wasn't sure if I was going to buy it anyway. My patients for mindless
shooters is wearing thin, but I may reconsider thanks to this one sentence,

I play America's Army SF Hospital.  I must say that I really enjoy
playing this map (when it use to work properly).
However, it is not working properly and hasn't been for quite some
time.  The programmers and admins need to get their act together.

Where do you play other than the jammed full insanity of Jolt and Multiplay?
Anywhere that plays intelligent games as well using actual teamwork with
good commanders? Or do they not exist? :P

I ran spybot a little bit ago and found CDilla listed, It didn't have a
check mark to be deleted, what I want to know is CDilla spyware and
where dose it come from? If it is spyware I want it off my computer and
need to know which program to use to remove it.

when I try to run BF2 demo, first the screen goes blank, then I get
dumped back into the desktop and a "this program has caused an error" box
pops up.  I have directx 9.0c and nvidia 77.72 forceware.  Am I screwed?
I guess I could buy the full game but I don't know if it'll be any ...
