totally wrong group, but I need a quick answer : can anyone with an iPod tell me if you can run it from a power transformer directly as opposed to the docking station? I want to keep docking station with PC, but use iPod with mains power connection at work.

I downloaded the 760MB HL2 demo from ati.com. When downloaded and installed, I tried to access the point "play HL2 demo" from the Steam menu. However, all I have been getting the last day is: "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later

My son received the game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle-Nexus as a Christmas gift. The installation seemed to go OK, but the game won't even start - just goes to an all-black screen and crashes the machine to where it won't even reboot on Ctrl-Alt-Del, we have to turn

I'm persuaded to discard the idea of upgrading this computer at any time. I'm pretty much settled on the cpu I think. I hope to overclock it from 1.8GHz to 2.5GHz Total cost is ~$740.00 Canadian. This is the set up I'm thinking about:

way before hl2 was released, valve stated there should be many anti-steam why did they knew so many would oppose it even before releasing it? valve knows they are "invading our territory", some will give up easily others will fight to the death for what they believe is right
