Just for the record from the steam forum: Question 2: The FAQ wasn't too clear on this issue. If I understand this correctly a Steam enabled game will allow single player usage untill the player enables Steam for that game (for multiplayer or patching/updates )

The UT2004 trailer made me laugh. Vehicles look pretty good...might make it more interesting than it should be, especially if Assault is back in.

I have several games (Unreal 2, Alien vs. Predator 2) that sometimes load up in XP Home, but other times it won't. This seems more like an XP program than the games since it's happening to more than one game. I am using an HP machine a250n (quite new) with a DVD and CD drives.
