This is the first time after very very long that during a game my PC freezes completely (screen and sound), having to hard reset.
Im using Normal (also called Medium in readme) textures and Miles 2D sound. No FSAA. but yes Full Dynamic Lighting
Geforce 4200 and SB Live. 1 gig RAM ...

Anyone know if you can turn the gun icon off?
Does the game have Binoculars?
Can you turn off the text messages that appear in the MIDDLE of the screen?

Rarely do you see a review now days of 2.1 speaker solutions.  It's become

I have some gift money for amazon.com that I need to use--and am
thinking about buying Doom3 and half life 2 for pc...if it'll be fast
enough to play...or should I buy for xbox?  My PC is:  p4 2.4 ghz, 1
gig ddr, Geforce 4 TI 4600, and 180 gig hardrive...will that be enough

I think BF1942 is more fun in singleplayer and coop on a LAN.  I play
on the internet sometimes, but on the whole I find the LAN and
singleplayer games better.  Maybe because they take so much of the
"human" element out.  You know, all the base campers, all the airplane

Hey guys this new chess program looks phenomeal.  I took a peek at the
site and it is pretty impressive.  This game seems pretty comparable
