Hi, I'm in level 2 and can't get out.  I have read the bungie web site
instructions and have gone back to the start 3 times....I'm able to kill all
the bad guys but seem to be marooned here.  How do I proceed?

i got gamespy arcade and have everything hooked up correctly (i am
100% positive wiring is not an issue and my hub is fine), but after i
download and run the tunnel program it says it cannot find a network
adaptor and end the tunnel program.  this is before the dialogue comes

   I've noted that I can start a server, and up to 10 of us in the map, and at
first everything looks and acts great.  After something like an hour it seems to
really lag out, get very choppy.  I have a pretty quick system, good video, a
gig of ram and a 2 megabit + connection.  ...

My friend told me about a new program to play halo online using system link.

Any chance we will see a Linux based server?  Being a Microsoft game I doubt
it but it does not hurt to ask.
How much bandwidth does a 8 man vs. 16 man server eat?

I'm now on that "planet-ring" Halo after my ship touched down (2nd level).
The patrul ships of alien are coming. I found that place (base) were there
are a few broken ships like mine and human survivers that are defending
themselves from aliens. many of them die, but aliens are more ...

I am pretty sure I know when Halo 2's release date is but I want to be sure

Playing Halo through this, am I right in thinking the "system link" is
limited to max 4 xboxs connected?

I have just installed Halo for the PC but it keeps freezing during play.
I cannot get into the story, the game freezes at the point where you get out
of the cryo-chamber.
I have a Dell Dimension 8200

Wolfenstein 3D is much better !

I just downloaded a patch for halo mac that is supposed to improve
online play. It works great. The only problem is now I can't play
without having the halo CD in the drive, whereas before I ran the patch
I could play without the CD. Has anyone else had this problem or know

So when the big day comes and halo bloody 2 is finally realeased, who here
will be buying it straight away.
Cause I'm anticipating a huge rush and will even make the nightly news!
Would have to be nearly the biggest game release of all time, agree?

Let's hope the HALO problems are now solved?

I got my XBOX in late november bought HALO and finished it on easy a
few days ago....(wasn't playing it 24/7)  WOW what a sense of
accomplishment--never would have done it without your help on how to
kill the hunters.
