1. What exactly does Psychic Horror do that Psychic Scream doesn't already
do? I know it mentions a target, but I'm failing to see the idea behind this

I get a rank flashed at me: HK:<rank> where rank can be any number
of things. The ranks seem to be random.

Why can't I /ignore a mob? It should also have the effect of removing
the ! from the minimap, if I don't want to do cloth quartermaster
quests then I don't want to see them on my map.
