I have noticed that since 2.3, the mobs in instances respawn within 1-10

Do I have to do the 5-man prereq' to do any of the daily quests
in BE? I just did the escort quest in skettis with someone when he
asked me if I wanted to go to BE. I told him that I needed the 5-man
to complete the chain. He told me that he never did any 5-man. So I go

I've tried tanking heroics twice with my pally, but both of the
attempts were quite painful. Lots of wipes and we couldn't even finish

Any way to get rid of these pointless warnings that a spell is already
in use, etc, without removing the useful warnings? I don't understand
