What level enchanting do you need to be able to do this?  I think it was 275
or 300?  Didn't you need a slightly higher level to DE lvl blue/purples ?

Since the latest patch my sound has gone.  The ambience sound is fine it
just my characters sound.  Spell are cast silently, even the voice emotes
