The Icy tomb where Arthas is or was? Forgive me if my lore is shoddy.

I have a priest character and a paladin.
It seems when I play the pally - his xp bar moves to purple from blue
much faster than the priest.  It seems he always has to rest more.
So I send him back to his inn to rest.  How long do I have to 'rest'

WOW keeps giving me the message i need to pass on the leadership to someone
else , but because none of the other 3 members in the guild are online it
wont let them become leader , so i cant leave , not sure how i even managed
to become leader?????????

Spent the 5200g last night to get the training and a nice purple mount.  Was
