Well, I finally took the plunge to move away from CT Raid.
It was greatly helped by Ct Raid being nicely bugged since the patch,

I'm likeing soloing real well as a warlock.  I send in my imp to hit
them with firebolt.  If they are a long ways off I can hit them maybe
two or three times.  When they get close I hit them with curse of
agony and fear.  They run away and then I send the imp after them.

In general, what's the most efficient way to arrange groups in a raid?
When I'm responsible for setting groups in a raid, I tend to treat each
group like a self-sufficient unit: one tank, one healer, one or two
support, one or two dps.
