Question: What could be seen as the optimum heal over time tick in a
raid?
Answer #1: on the tanks, I'd say as high as possible
Answer #2: what about the rest of the raid?

This server seems to have a whole lot of lag and general performance

I recently got to exalted rating at Stormpike.  As soon as I hit 21000  the
rep reset to 1000 and then I was able to get an additional 999 points at
which point it stopped.  Anyone know what the significance of the additional
999 points is?
