I am reinstalling Windows which is on it's own partition. I have WoW
installed on a second partition. Will I have to reinstall WoW due to
registry entries or can I simply format my primary, reinstall Windows
and play WoW?

I thought I read a post stating that test realm characters all start at
high levels and that there were interface options to change items,
level, etc.  Where do I find that or was someone just messing around?
