Is there a listing of instances, level ranges, and where I can find them?

if 2 warlocks both cast curse of shadows (or elements) on the same target,
will they stack?
And would there be any point in doing so (someone here said you can no
longer make the mobs have megative resistance with these curses, do bosses

Does this file contain the changes from all previous patches too?
If so can someone copy/paste it? If not where could i get a list of all

Ok, I just had a bad in game experience, and I'm pissed off.
I joined a group for Scarlet Monastery with my 38 rogue.
The group was pretty good, except for a warlock who was only level 31.  We
did Armory just fine, though, and decided to go ahead and do a quick Library

and epic items of a particular level? So far I've noticed that
green items mostly (but not always) have stat bonuses whereas

I play on Oceanic servers and on each one, at 9pm or 9:30 pm server
time there is a Huge server wide lag for 5-10 mins EVERY DAY. this is
more than one server, everyone is aware of it. From what i can work out
this would be around 6:30am to anyone on a US server, does this happen

My logon speed has generally been somewhere between good and very
