1) I read that your rank will decay over time if you don't maintain it.
Does anyone know how this works?  Is there some constant decay rate that
you have to overcome?  For instance, is there some value X that is

I was in a real good 40-49 WSG raid over the weekend and we wiped all the
alliance pick up teams before coming across their "Pro" team, ie, all in the
same guild and all co-ordinated well (obviously using VoIP) and we had a
marathon match where we were gridlocked with no flags ...
