If two players are in different Realms, can player A mail money to player

The character is maxed engineer, with tier1/tier2 some AQ pieces/aq mount,
rank 14 with 3 high warlord staves, full epic pvp set, all 4 epic pvp
mounts, on a pvp server.

Well, in the effort to go faster, i got my fast mount, got the carrot
on a stick, got riding skill for my gloves, and spikes for my boots. I
now travel at a speedy 219%.
Is that tops on a non-flying mount?

Just curious, someone was asking in trade if anyone could make engineering
bags, so this made me curious.  I know that engineering bags show up as a
container filter in the AH, but I've never seen any.  Nor do I remember the
patch notes mentioning engineering bags.  So I'm ...
