Is it just me or is Blizzard pretty tight-lipped about their scheduled

After last EU patch i have error #132 (sometimes) when joining a party / raid.
Before patch never seen the error. Did not change anything in my pc, did not install anything news, jsut patched game.
Tested RAM and is ok.
