seen one so far ... I'd have thought I'd have seen a lot more by now.
And how do they work?  Are they normal pets like any other, i.e. can

Playing lvl 7 mage, was given a Fire Wand (lvl7) that I can equip in my offhand,
apparently as a ranged type of weapon. Its stats say it does fire damage, so
much per second, etc... but I can't get it to do anything. Can't seem to whack
anything with it, or 'shoot' it at anything.

 I haven't even bought WoW yet, but I'm checking in here to get a feel
