I always liked UT99's Domination, if it wasn't for the stupid bots on

Okay, so I've bought the 2k4 Editor's Choice Edition.  Beyond Unreal
has a patch wizard (or somesuch) that told me to install the ece 1.1
bonus pack, then the 3369 patch.  Is this correct?  What do I need the
ece 1.1 file for?  And why isn't there just a patch version?

Can anyone on the forum here tell me how to go about downloading maps
from the UT playground webpage (or are they just window dressing
